Shipping policy

YorksGamePieces ships Monday through Friday with USPS (United States Postal Service). We would be thrilled to ship something to you internationally. 

We take just as much care packing your items as we do making them. We want you to receive your items in the same perfect condition as when they left our hands. If for some reason, something terrible happens in transit, please reach out and we will figure something out.

 

Shipping Options

Economy Shipping (U.S. Only): Economy Shipping is the most affordable option for domestic U.S. orders. Standard lead time is 3-7 days throughout the continental U.S. - delivery dates are not guaranteed and tracking is provided (You can find the tracking number through your email and/or account). 

Expedited Shipping (U.S. Only): Expedited Shipping is a priority door to door shipping service with tracking. Standard lead time is 2-4 days throughout the continental U.S. - delivery dates are not guaranteed and tracking is provided (You can find the tracking number through your email and/or account). 

Economy Worldwide (International): Economy overseas shipping service with door-to-door tracking. You can find the tracking number through your email and/or account. Please allow 4-7 weeks for delivery. Any applicable duties, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient, will be due upon delivery in the destination country, and are NOT included in the costs of the order placed through this online store. We strongly encourage the prior to placing an order, international customers should check with their local brokerage office to see what import or customs fees they will be charged to receive their order. 

Your order will be cancelled if you do not accept import or custom fees assessed by your brokerage office within five business days of receipt at that location. 

Shipping Times: All items will ship within: 0-3 business days after your order is placed. Items are not shipped on weekend or major holidays. Weather permitting.

Back Orders: We work hard to ensure prompt delivery of your order. However, if for some reason a specific item is on back order, we will contact you by e-mail to notify you of the delay. By default, your order will ship complete. If you would like to split shipments, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
