Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
We want you to receive your items in the same perfect condition as when they left our hands. If for some reason, there is a terrible defect, we will accept it for a full refund or exchange. In all cases of defective items, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. The customer is responsible for any shipping for any returns/exchanges with the sole exception of manufacturer defect or the wrong item being received. We do not accept returns on customized merchandise.
